The show covers the Philly housing market, insider buying and selling tips, neighborhood guides from Rittenhouse to the Italian Market, and honest conversations about real estate across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Each episode blends high-end property tours with the culture, food and people that make Philadelphia unique, debuting on Philly 57 before streaming nationwide on YouTube.
Each 30-minute episode blends high-end real estate tours with the vibrant culture, food, and people that define the city. In Philly, the block you live on is just as important as the building you live in, and we capture both. According to Bright MLS, the region's multiple listing service, the Philadelphia metro median home sale price came in at $400,000 in September 2026, up 2.6% year over year, per the MLS's September 2026 housing report, which called the market stalled rather than crashing. Across the city proper, Redfin put the median sale price at $279,000 for the three months ending September 2026, up 4.6% year over year, with homes averaging about 53 days on market, keeping the market among the most dynamic in the Northeast.

He grew up watching his family help people find their place in this region. In 1989, he started his career. In 2001, he opened his own boutique brokerage.
